E-mail Forwarding in Website Hosting
If you have a website hosting package with us and you create an email address inside your account, you will be able to forward it with just a couple of clicks to another e-mail address of your choosing. The feature can be enabled when you create a brand new email address or whenever you want later and disabled just as quickly if you change your mind. This is done through the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will control your account. You'll have the option to choose whether a copy of the incoming emails will stay on our servers or not. The advantage of this option is you will always have a copy on your end if something happens with the other mailbox or maybe it is not active for whatever reason during the time an email is forwarded. If the feature not active, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and removed from our system even if the remote e-mail is functioning or not, so it might be a good idea to have it active just to be on the safe side.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
For people with a semi-dedicated server through us, you'll need simply a few clicks inside the Email Manager area of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel to forward the emails configured on our system to a third-party address. In the same area you will also have the ability to see how many of your mailboxes are forwarded and exactly where the inbound e-mails are going. It is possible to activate or disable a forwarding account whenever you want and throughout the process you could also decide if a copy of the e-mails should be kept on our servers or not. Even if this option isn't a must have, it's useful as you will get a backup copy of the emails on our end in the event that something occurs with the third-party email address. Even when they have just a temporary issue, you risk losing emails as once our system receives and forwards an e-mail message, nothing will be kept on our end unless you selected a backup to be kept.
